Remote Desktop setup

To setup Remote Desktop on your Mac you will need the IP address of your office PC and work Domain. To install remote desktop:

  • Search the App Store for “Remote Desktop”
  • Install the app “Microsoft Remote Desktop”

Download from App Store

  • Open the app >click “+” Menu (Top) > Choose “Desktop”

  • In the PC Name field enter the IP address of your office PC

  • Choose the User Account menu > Add User Account
  • Enter your user name as: domain\username
  • Enter your Windows password & Save

  • Connect to your work VPN then click the new icon to access your PC
