To get your Apple device fixed by Apple, at one of their stores or certified repair locations:
- Start by scheduling an appointment. You do this via the Apple Support app.
- When prompted to login with your Apple ID, do so to see all your families devices.
- In the app go to Get Support (bottom) > Choose the device that needs service.
- Choose the issue that best describes your problem > Bring in for Repair > Find Locations Now
- Choose the Apple store near you > choose the best available time > reserve the time
- Don’t be late or you will lose your appointment!
